Registration

  1. Pilot admission will take place upon completion of the registration form and will be analyzed by STAFF.
  2. Upon confirmation of registration, the pilot will receive an email and will have to perform at least 1 flight within 7 days from the his admission date, otherwise his account will be deleted. To comply with this rule, the flight must appear in the system as Accepted, to do so, the pilot must comply with Skylink Virtual Airlines flight rules and parameters.
  3. As part of the Skylink Virtual Airlines, the pilot undertakes to comply with all the rules and procedures of the VA.
  4. The minimum age for admission is 18, exceptions will be treated individually.
  5. Pilots must have a minimum pilot rank of Flight Student of IVAO Pilot Rank.
  6. Pilots without a active IVAO ID will not be accepted.
  7. There are no restrictions on pilots operating flights with other virtual airlines or callsigns.

Operations

  1. Only online flights will be accepted. Flights must be flown on IVAO.
  2. Pilots VA activity in under control of Pilot Initial Activity Requirements (PIAR), Pilot Activity Requirements and Grace Period (GP). 
    PIAR : Pilots must send at least on (1) PIREP after pilot application is execepted by VA in seven (7) days, otherwise application will bve rejected automatically.
    PAR : Pilots must send at least two (2) PIREPs by completing PIAR period in 21 days, otherwise pilot will enter to Grace Period.
    GP : GP is extended PAR for seven (7) days, which lets pilot to meet PAR, otherwise pilot's contract will be terminated automatically with systems.
  3. When on online flights, pilot must enter RMK, as shown below: 
    IVAOVA/INK
    Failure to comply with this rule may lead to the rejection of flight(s).
  4. Maximum landing rate (VS) accepted for PIREP approval is -500 ft / min. Above -400 will be revised by Flight Operations.
  5. Operations (Schedules, Events etc.) must be followed by airline system.

Flight Reports

  1. Flight reports are a set information generated during at flight. This report must be sent to the system at each flight end.
  2. Pilot should send flight reports only through VA system.
  3. Pilot may asked for revalution of declined or on-hold report.
  4. Revaluation does not guarantee acceptance by evaluator.
  5. Only accepted flight reports are considered for hours accumulation, as well as flight counts and other information.

Absence

  1. Skylink Virtual Airlines has Holiday Allowance for twenty-one (21) days. But pilots need to fill thirty (30) working-days to leave. This is also followed by VA System automatically.

  2. Other absences are followed by PIAR, PAR and GP as mentioned above.

  3. Failure to return after Holiday Allowance period, will result in account termination.

Accounts Closure

  1. When not done automatically, the pilot is solely responsible for the cancellation of his account on Dashboard page of website.

  2. All data in pilot account will be immediately removed from database. Information deleted can not be recovered.

  3. Skylink Virtual Airlines, also, in its sole discretion, has the right to cancel or close the pilot account for any reason at any time without noice.

General Conditions

  1. Skylink Virtual Airlines reserves the right to refuse the offer of its services to any person, for any reason, at any time.

  2. Service support offered by Skylink Virtual Airlines is only available in English or Turkish.
  3. Skylink Virtual Airlines member agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell any part of the services or access the services offered by Skylink Virtual Airlines without the express authorization of a STAFF member.

  4.  Pilot should always act in accordance with company rules and online network rules, acting with cordiality and respect.

  5. Abuse of any nature by any Webjet Virtual member will result in the immediate termination of your account.

  6. Failure to comply with Skylink Virtual Airlines rules or regulations may result in a warning or exclusion from the Skylink Virtual Airlines  Pilot List.

  7. Pilot understands and accepts that Skylink Virtual Airlines uses services provided by third parties for the infrastructure necessary for its operation, and that changes or discontinuations of these services may cause operational problems in the operation ofSkylink Virtual Airlines.

  8. All services are offered free of charge. The maintenance of  Skylink Virtual Airlines  is done through the voluntary collaboration of its members and STAFF.

  9. Rules may be changed at any time without notice. It´s the pilot responsibility to periodically check the rules and to follow up on their updates.

  10. By completing theSkylink Virtual Airlines entry form, pilot agrees, accepts and commits to all established rules.
