What SKYLINK is
SKYLINK is an IVAO-centred virtual-airline operations platform without a mandatory proprietary ACARS. Pilots use their preferred simulator tools, build and dispatch flights through SKYLINK and SimBrief, and fly on IVAO while the server verifies the operation from recorded network evidence.
The operating loop
- Sign in with IVAO and save the SimBrief Pilot ID.
- Choose a live Connection Flight in Operations Desk, a Charter, Cargo or Exclusive operation, or an Event flight.
- Review aircraft, payload, alternates, assigned stands, network context and Aircraft Duty Chain.
- Dispatch to SimBrief, prefile to IVAO and connect with the booked identity.
- Complete the sector and review Latest Flights, Logbook, Flight Replay, Aircraft Chronicle and the Evidence-Based Debrief.
SKYLINK's only official hubs are LTAC and LTFM. LTBJ remains an active airport and destination, but it is not a hub.
Scheduled operations are retired. Historical Scheduled flights remain visible as Legacy Service records; new passenger operations come from Operations Desk or Charter Operations.
Network evidence is not simulator flight-recorder data. SKYLINK does not claim access to touchdown rate, IAS, flap position, engine data or control inputs.
Pilot HUB assignment
A user with no previous SKYLINK website record must select LTAC, LTFM or EDDF from a non-dismissible onboarding modal on the first IVAO login. This initial choice saves the assigned HUB, starting airport and initial pilot location. It is free and does not consume the later complimentary change.
The current assigned HUB and available alternative are shown in Profile → Pilot Status. The first actual HUB change is complimentary. Every later change costs 1,000 Credits; insufficient Credit balance prevents the change. Complimentary and paid changes are retained in the Pilot Ledger. Changing the assigned HUB does not automatically transfer the pilot's current physical location.
