Dispatch and Tracking

SKYLINK Dispatch Office

Fly with any ACARS, connect with IVAO, operate with SKYLINK Dispatch.

Two dispatch layers

Web Dispatch prepares the SimBrief package, assigned stands, dynamic demand, aircraft duty chain, weather and an IVAO-aware network snapshot. Traffic counts cover 40 NM around departure and arrival; airport ATC callsigns are listed. This is situational information, never an ATC clearance.

SKYLINK Dispatch (LINK) is the optional Hoppie AOC/telex layer for compatible aircraft. It is not the flight recorder and is not mandatory.

LINK requests

  • REQ ATC: relevant departure, arrival and route ATC.
  • REQ TRF / REQ COMP TRF: traffic and company traffic.
  • REQ WX: departure, arrival and alternate METAR.
  • REQ LINX: operating reward estimate.
  • REQ CMD: command help.
  • MSG <CALLSIGN> <TEXT>: pilot relay.

Automated messages avoid clearance-like language. Current IVAO controllers, published procedures and the pilot's own operational judgement always prevail.

How Level, Tier, XP and Badges are calculated

Fly with any ACARS, connect with IVAO, operate with SKYLINK Dispatch.

Level, Tier and XP
  • Base XP = (completed flights x 20) + (full airtime hours x 5) + ((total Linx excluding stand Linx bonuses) / 10) + stand XP bonus points.
  • Eligible Marketplace XP bonuses are applied after Base XP.
  • Level = floor(XP / 100) + 1.
  • Tier by level: Explorer (1-4), Pathfinder (5-9), Commander (10-19), Legend (20+).
  • Current streak counts consecutive days with at least one completed flight.
  • Longest streak is the highest consecutive-day run in your full history.
Badge Criteria
  • First Lift: 1+ completed flight
  • Commuter progression: 10, 25, 50 and 100 completed flights
  • 100h Airborne: 100+ airtime hours
  • 7-Day Streak: complete a streak of at least 7 consecutive days; once earned, the badge remains
  • Linx Earner: 10,000+ total Linx
  • Additional badges cover scheduled, cargo, route, airport, time-window, fleet, maintenance, gallery and Flying Together achievements.
Visitor-to-Captain Principles
  • Contract Pilot path is always open: fly, join events and earn Linx without applying.
  • Official Pilot path is optional and requires a separate application.
  • Official gate requires the configured IVAO rank threshold currently shown in profile, normally FS4+ and AS4+.
  • After applying, PIAR window starts and must be completed on time.
Official Track Flow
  • Stage 1 - Visitor: login with IVAO and start operations freely.
  • Stage 2 - Contract Pilot: continue unlimited flights and events.
  • Stage 3 - Official Candidate: first completed flight and rank gate met.
  • Stage 4 - PIAR: complete required flights before PIAR deadline.
  • Stage 5 - Official Pilot: promoted after PIAR success.
